implementation

Turn a prioritized workflow into something your team can run

Implementation starts after the build, buy, or skip decision. We turn the approved decision brief into a working system with review gates, logs, evaluation cases, and a named operating owner.

implementation after prioritization

Build only after the roadmap says yes

A CAIO decision comes first: build, buy, or skip. When build wins, implementation turns the approved decision brief into a system your team can run and review.

The work starts narrow. Acceptance criteria, human review points, logs, and an operating owner are part of the build, not cleanup left for later.

  • One prioritized workflow and one written success condition
  • Human review wherever judgment or regulated data is involved
  • Logs and evaluation cases before production access
  • A runbook and named owner before handoff

implementation patterns

What a prioritized workflow can become

intake and routing

A queue that prepares the decision

Read incoming documents, extract the agreed fields, route the routine cases, and hold exceptions for a person with the source attached.

reviewable drafting

A first draft with evidence beside it

Draft from approved source material, mark missing facts, and keep the consequential approval with the person who owns the work.

operating reporting

A repeatable report with exceptions called out

Gather the agreed inputs, reconcile what can be reconciled, and show the gaps before the report reaches the weekly meeting.

system handoffs

A controlled handoff between tools

Move the approved fields between systems, record what changed, and stop when a record does not match the rule.

retrieval

Answers bounded by the source

Retrieve from the documents the team has approved, cite the source, and say when the source does not answer the question.

human review

An exception list instead of a silent guess

Put uncertainty in front of the right person with the evidence and the next permitted action already prepared.

how implementation runs

Decision brief. Shadow run. Production owner.

  1. 01

    Approve the decision brief

The CAIO roadmap names the workflow, the owner, the success measure, the review boundary, and why building beats buying or skipping.

  2. 02

    Build and shadow

The workflow runs beside the current process. A person reviews the output while the evaluation set grows from real edge cases.

  3. 03

Put the owner and rollback path in writing

Production starts only when the runbook, review queue, logs, and stop condition have an owner. More scope has to earn another decision.

Before an approved build starts

Does every ownership assessment lead to a build?+

No. The assessment establishes fit, not a build list. CAIO work can end with buy, keep, govern, or stop. Implementation begins only when the roadmap records a build decision.

What does a one-off implementation cost?+

A starter build is $1,500 to $2,500, fixed. A production sprint is $5,000, fixed. Ongoing executive AI ownership is a separate CAIO offer, published at /pricing.

Do we need an internal software team?+

No. This capability is for a non-software company with no employee writing software, firmware, or embedded code. We build the workflow and leave the operating instructions with the person who owns it.

What happens when the workflow is uncertain?+

It stops at the review boundary and gives a person the source, the attempted action, and the reason it could not proceed. Uncertainty becomes a review item, not a hidden guess.

Start with ownership, not a build request

Six questions establish whether AgentClaw is the right fit. CAIO-qualified companies can then use an ownership-fit working session to decide what needs an owner first.

It is not a free full roadmap or week-long audit.
