Are builds included in CAIO Core?+
No. CAIO Core owns strategy, prioritization, governance, vendor and budget decisions, adoption, and measurement. Builds are separately scoped. CAIO + Delivery includes one active ongoing build stream.
What third-party costs are separate?+
