What we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, fill in a form, or download a resource, we collect what you enter: typically your name, work email, company name, and answers to our questionnaire.
Usage analytics. We use privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the site is used — pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate region. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell analytics data.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and run any engagement you start with us
- To send you resources you explicitly requested
- To improve the website and our services
We email you when you ask us to. If you join our newsletter or email course, every message includes a working unsubscribe link.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information
- We don't share it with third parties except the service providers that run this site (hosting, analytics, email, scheduling), each bound by their own privacy obligations
- We don't use your data to train AI models
Data retention and your rights
We keep lead and client information for as long as we have a business relationship or a legitimate need. Email us at privacy@agentclawhq.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion, and we'll act on it promptly.
Depending on where you live (including the UK/EU under GDPR, California under CCPA, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor requests from all jurisdictions the same way.
