Plain-language summary first: we collect what you give us, we use it to respond to you and improve the site, we don't sell it, ever.

What we collect
Assessment answers. The AI ownership assessment records your answers, an anonymous assessment session identifier, the route and reason codes produced from those answers, the page where the visit started, referrer, and any UTM campaign values. Resource-only visitors are not asked for a name or email.
Information you give us. If the assessment routes you to a CAIO or project inquiry and you continue, we collect the name, work email, and answers you submit. If you book, Cal.com also processes the scheduling details you enter.
Usage analytics. We use product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the site is used: pages visited, buttons and links clicked, assessment steps and routing, approximate region inferred from your IP address, and basic device and browser details. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell analytics data.
Cookies and analytics, specifically
We want to be precise here rather than wave at it.
What is set. PostHog stores an identifier in a first-party cookie on the agentclawhq.com domain and a copy in your browser's local storage. That identifier is random. It is not your name or your email, and we do not link it to you unless you submit a form and give us your email yourself.
What it does. It lets us recognize a returning browser so that ten visits from one person do not read as ten different people. Analytics requests are sent through t.agentclawhq.com, a subdomain of ours that forwards them to PostHog. We route them through our own domain so the data is complete and consistent, not to work around anything you have chosen.
What we do NOT use cookies for. No advertising, no retargeting, no third-party ad networks, no data brokers, no cross-site tracking, and no selling of any of it.
How to refuse it. Three ways, all of which we honor: turn on your browser's Do Not Track or global privacy control setting, block cookies for this domain in your browser settings, or use any standard tracking blocker. The site works with analytics blocked. The assessment needs JavaScript and provides an email fallback when scripts are unavailable.
How long it lasts. The cookie expires within 12 months unless you clear it sooner. Event data is retained per the retention section below.

We email you only when you ask us to. If you have joined our list and want off it, reply to any message we send or email privacy@agentclawhq.com and we will remove you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information
- We don't share it with third parties except the service providers that run this site (hosting, analytics, email, scheduling), each bound by their own privacy obligations
- We don't use your data to train AI models
Data retention and your rights
We keep lead and client information for as long as we have a business relationship or a legitimate need. Email us at privacy@agentclawhq.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion, including your analytics records, and we'll act on it promptly.
Depending on where you live (including the UK/EU under GDPR, California under CCPA, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor requests from all jurisdictions the same way.
